LUMYS Consulting is owned and headed by Lynette Oh. Lynette received her training as an organic chemist at University of Hawaii: Manoa and Pennsylvania State University. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry 18 years ago as a process chemist where she has designed and developed numerous processes for small molecules and is has published widely on her synthetic discoveries. For the past 8 years she has led various teams of synthetic chemists and engineers to successful API deliveries including projects in the late stage. She has extensive experience with troubleshooting existing manufacturing processes and utilizing statistical software to design, analyze and improve processes. With her new partnership with Global Pharma Sourcing, she will be able to serve customers with end to end sourcing advice on raw materials, starting materials, intermediates, API and finished Product.
